Current Status

We have all the streets in place now and the city is starting work on the widening of 115th street. Utilities are in and the city is finishing up the off site sewer connection within the next few weeks. We have two builders currently signed up and the construction on two of the model homes. You can visit the plat map to see the details on the first two models. The builders are currently starting their spec houses and we have a few build jobs in the works. We are all very excited about the project and hope to have our on-site model office open by the end of April. Please come by to take a look at our progress and we will continue to keep you updated.
